Do I need to organise a shoot?+
No for the core offer. I work from the photos and visuals you already own. If they are high quality and varied enough, they are sufficient to build the film.
Where can I use the video?+
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, your website, campaigns, sales presentations, emails or direct outreach. For platforms that do not embed video in the listing itself, the film still works upstream to attract attention and traffic to the property.
Can I get vertical and horizontal versions?+
Yes. A project can be designed for one primary format or adapted into multiple versions for different channels.
Is music included?+
Yes. The soundtrack is part of the film direction and can be adapted to the property or your brand.
How many photos do you need?+
It depends on the property and desired duration. A varied selection of rooms, exteriors and key details is ideal. You can simply send the listing link and I can tell you whether the available material is enough.
Can I request changes?+
Yes. One revision round is included to adjust pacing, selected shots, copy or other details before final approval.
What if I have several properties?+
That is where the model becomes especially useful: packs and recurring volume reduce the price per property while keeping a consistent identity across the portfolio.
